Jimi Hendrix is widely regarded as one of the most influential guitarists in the history of popular music and is one of the most legendary musicians of the 20th century. Jimi Hendrix’s signature silhouette has become a true pop icon.

We laser cut the silhouette and then peeled off the top layer by hand to reveal the portrait from the corrugated board. The combination of the smooth flat cardboard with the shadowy ridges of the open-work corrugated cardboard provides a sublime contrast effect in a certain light or viewing angle.

Jimi Hendrix’s cardboard artwork is framed in an aluminum frame. Dimensions: 50 x 70 cm.
