Can I cancel my order with Creative Use of Technology?

If your order has not been sent yet, you may cancel your order by contacting us.  Please include your order number in your  conversation. You will receive a confirming email from us regarding your cancellation. When your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, your order will be delivered.  After that, you may return the product.

Can I return my order?

Undamaged items may be returned under the following conditions:

– You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. The period starts on the day following the receipt of the order.
– The article is accepted only if returned in its original condition and if reasonably possible, it is returned in its original packaging.
– A copy of the invoice or a name and invoice number must be sent with the package.

Returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that Creative Use of Technology is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. If you have received an item is damaged or defective, please check the frequently asked questions about warranty.

How can I return my order?

If met to the conditions set out above, you may return the article as follows:

Step 1: Report the return of the item by phone or email, specifying your name, the order or invoice number, the item you want to return and the reason for returning it.
Step 2: You will receive an email confirming your return message. This email states further instructions for returning the product.
Step 3: Pack the item in a sturdy box, including a note or invoice cpoy and send it to Creative Use of Technology: Reigerstraat 16,  4811XB, Breda, Netherlands. Returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that Creative Use of Technology is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
Step 4: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and notice of repayment. Consider a treatment period of approximately 14 days.

Do i have warranty for my items?

For any items bought at Creative Use of Technology, the statutory warranty applies. This means that the product must be in good condition and must have an appropriate function.  When you receive an item that is not functional,  Creative Use of Technology will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.  Depending on the article and malfunction, we will issue a replacement , repair or refund . Please contact us first.

I have received a faulty or malfunctioning product. What should I do?

If you have received a faulty or defective product  or if item is defective within the period of 14 days,  you may return the product  to us free of charge. Please contact us first so we can help you to solve the problem.
