Creative Use of Technology cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process date that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 11/12/2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About the data processing

Our webshop has been developed with software from Woocommerce, we have chosen Antagonist for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services is shared with this party. Antagonist has access to your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Antagonist is obliged on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. Web store software

WooCommerce

Our web store has been developed with software from Woocommerce, we host our web store on a server which is hosted by Antagonist. We have taken appropriate techical and organizational measure to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

My Host

W have chosen My Host for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services is shared with this party. My Host has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. My Host is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

Email and mailing lists

SendinBlue

We sent our e-mail newsletters with SendinBlue. SendinBlue will never use your name and e-mail adress for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail tat has been automatically sent via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer recieve our newsletter. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data will be processed by SendinBlue stored securely. SendinBlue uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into wether e-mails are opened and read. In addition SendinBlue processes informatie about you as a recipient and the subject line of e-mails to improve the quality of the services, this data is kept for 30 days. SendinBlue reserves the right to use tour date to further improve the service and, within that contect, to share information with third parties.

Gmail

We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropiate technial and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox en we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.

Payment processors

Mollie

We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our website. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal terms.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the Winkelkeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur then you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your placed order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics

PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses the information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. We use your data exclusively for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide.
