iDEAL:  During the ordering process you pay in your own trusted secure banking environment. 

paypal:  During the ordering process you pay with your PayPal account. For this you must first register with paypal . Via PayPal you can pay with your credit card or your own bank account. Because your data is protected by PayPal, this is a very secure payment method. 

Bank transfer: you transfer the amount in advance to  Creative Use of Technology. Once the money has been received by us, your order will be shipped. 

Sofort banking / Bancontact / Mr Cash:  During the ordering process you pay in your own trusted secure banking environment (especially for German and Belgian customers). Other payment options: KBC/CBC / Belfius / Giropay / EPS / Przelewy24 / ING Home’Pay / Apple Pay. 

What is the delivery time of my order? In most cases your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. depending on the product, as some of our products are custom made. Normally, parcels and letterbox boxes are delivered within the Netherlands within 1 working day (except Mondays and public holidays). Our letterbox packages are sent with PostNL without track and trace. We do use track and trace for packages larger than letter size. 

What are the shipping costs? For shipping orders over € 75,- to NL, BE and DE, we assume the cost of shipping. For orders under € 75, we use the following rate for letter size € 4.50 without track & trace and with track & trace € 5.50. We have years of experience in shipping our products worldwide. On our FAQ page you will find more information about specific shipping costs.

How will my order be delivered? Orders are delivered by PostNL from Tuesday to Saturday. 

What happens if I am not home at delivery? If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a message and try again at another time. If the package after 2  delivery attempts cannot be delivered, the package will be taken to a post office in your area. You can then pick it up in person.
