Can I cancel my order with Creative Use of Technology?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting us, stating: the order number. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail. If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, your order will be delivered. You can of course use the option to return.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store is for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for exact rates consult your carrier’s website. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us at order@creativeuseoftechnology.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order. In principle, tailor-made products cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment. Some products, such as a wooden watch with engraved text, can be returned in consultation. Return shipments are at the buyer’s expense and risk. This means that Creative Use of Technology is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. How can I return my order?

If the above conditions are met, you can return the item as follows:
  • Step1:Report the item return via email, stating: the invoice number, the item you want to return and the possible reason for return.
  • Step 2: You will receive an email confirming the return. This email also contains further instructions for returns.
  • Step 3: Pack the item together with the packing slip / (copy) invoice in sturdy packaging and send it to the address of Creative Use of technology (Reigerstraat 16, 4811XB, Breda). Return shipments are at the buyer’s expense and risk. This means that Creative Use of Technology is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
  • Step 4: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and notification of any refund. Take into account a processing time of approximately 14 days.

Do I have a warranty on my items?

The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from Creative Use of Technology. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an article where this is not the case, Creative Use of Technology will provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, this will be done for replacement, repair or refund. Please contact us for this.

I have received an item that is not in good condition or defective. What should I do?

If you have received a defective item or if the item is defective within the trial period of 14 days, you can return the item to Creative Use of Technology free of charge. Always contact us first, we are happy to help you solve the problem.
