My name is Glenn and I am a creative designer and performer at Creative Use of Technology.
I am a maker, that designation suits me best. Actually, that suits all people; the ability to create something is what makes us human. During my studies in various fields, I found out about all the possible applications for transforming something from an idea to reality.

Background
Started as a sign specialist where I gained experience making and applying stickers. Think facade advertising, window lettering, even boats and cars all wrapped in a new color or print! But I felt I was still missing something, namely how do you make those cool designs and prints? The logical step for me was to move on as a media designer.
Especially during my last year of college as a designer, I found my passion for creative use of laser cutters, this was due to my internship at Creative Use of Technology.
And it was a good match, as evidenced by the fact that I have now been working for almost 2 years.
Where do you get your Inspiration from?
Get my inspiration from all types of techniques and finishes.
In my opinion, every profession has something you can use to inspire a new idea, or already improve an existing product.
What makes your profession so enjoyable?
Using natural materials and thus crafting them into a personal and beautiful final product.
The nice and sweet messages when a customer is so happy with the service and product they received. I even printed out a few and hung them up.
Also, there is definitely a challenge in my work, because I don’t just work on our already designed products. But also especially large custom projects for companies or events. They come up with an idea and then I come up with suggestions and solutions to achieve a great result.
